This course is separated into four modules of learning:

Module One: What is Meant by Equity Diversity & Inclusion
In this module, you will gain an understanding of the concepts of equity, diversity and inclusion, how they are related and why they are important. You will become familiar with key documents that underpin equity, diversity and inclusion work in education and that are relevant for international schools. 

Module Two: Making a Diverse Community an Inclusive One
In this module, you will learn about ways to transform a diverse community into an inclusive one. You will engage in personal reflection, learn about the essential role of intercultural understanding in creating inclusive learning communities, reflect on the concept of privilege and consider barriers to inclusion that may exist.

Module Three: Embedding Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in the Curriculum
In this module, you will learn about and consider ways to intentionally embed practices and strategies that help ensure access to and participation in learning and a sense of belonging for all students. You will learn about culturally responsive and reflective pedagogy and anti-bias and anti-racist education.

Module Four: Planning for Equity, Diversity & Inclusion
This module will cover creating an equity, diversity and inclusion statement; developing an equity, diversity and inclusion checklist; and planning the next steps.
