  • Understanding of the risks associated with knives and sharp objects.
  • Understanding of the appropriate use of knives and sharp objects.
  • Age-appropriate ways to demonstrate how ‘grown up’ a child actually is.
  • Understanding that accidents can happen very quickly - so children need to be supervised at all times.Understanding of the risks associated with knives and sharp objects.
  • Understanding that knives and sharp objects need to be stored carefully and in an appropriate place.
  • Promoting that children should always tell an adult, they know they can trust, if they are worried or scared.
The outcomes of this story are:
